Continuum of Care

About Us

Community Addiction and Mental Health Services of Haldimand and Norfolk provides community-based mental health services for people aged 16 and older and addiction services for people of all ages.

Services include assessment, counselling, consultation, support and advocacy.

Individual and group counselling is available. The length of counselling is determined by each client’s situation. When another community partner is better suited to assist, every effort is made to ensure a smooth linkage to that resource.

Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. CAMHS is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care through the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN 4).
