The Adult Mental Health Program

The Adult Mental Health Program provides community-based, client-focused services to adults with mental health illnesses. Services include assessment, consultation, treatment, education, support and advocacy. We are a staff of psychiatric nurses, social workers and psychiatrists who provide clinical services to people aged 16 and older. Treatment includes psychotherapy, counseling, group therapy, monitoring of psychotropic medication and consultation to physicians and other mental health agencies and professionals.



Services Include:

-psychiatric assessments
-individual counselling
-group counselling
-monitoring of medication
-consultation to physicians and other mental health agencies and professionals
-education
-advocacy
-affiliation with Cleghorn program for individuals experiencing first episode of psychosis


Referrals:

- by family physician with his/her signature
- self referrals accepted for counselling only
- serving residents of Haldimand & Norfolk Counties



Office appointments are available in: Townsend, Simcoe, Dunnville, Caledonia, Cayuga and Delhi.
