We are a multi-site health care community agency funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care through the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network responding to individuals who have mental health or addictions concerns.
Our Mental Health Program is for those 16 years of age and older.
Our Addiction Program responds to those of all ages.
And we have a very strong and active Peer Support Program.
